Whatever the task, we work to the same ethos as we always have. We take time to explain all options and the processes involved. We will have many photos and previous jobs which we can provide details of. We will aim to explain clearly what we can offer and pass on the benefits of what we’ve learned along the way. Remember we also build garden rooms.
Lee was proactive and responsive when it came to communication throughout a roof replacement. He listened to my needs and was happy to discuss options and helped to alleviate the concerns that I had, and was flexible. Lee kept me updated with timings throughout. The team did a great job - friendly and professional. They left the property clean and tidy too. A great job all around with the added confidence of NFRC, would definitely recommend!
